At Creating Wellness, we help clients relieve pain, restore balance, and feel their best. Our primary approach is Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy (MAT), a hands-on bodywork method that addresses musculoskeletal imbalances through soft tissue techniques, muscle energy work, and movement-based therapies. MAT focuses on correcting dysfunctional patterns in the body to improve posture, mobility, and overall function.

WHAT IS REIKI?
Reiki is a Japanese healing technique that promotes relaxation, stress reduction, and healing. It is done with touch and feels like warmth emanating from the palms of the practitioner's hands that is soothing and relaxing as the Reiki energy works to release tension and stress within the body.
MEET MICHAEL VLAHOULIS
Michael specializes in Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, integrating advanced bodywork and holistic practices to help clients reduce pain and restore balance.
As a Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Creating Wellness Center, Michael brings together evidence-based techniques and traditional healing arts to address both the structural and energetic roots of imbalances. His primary focus is postural alignment and pain relief through Myoskeletal Alignment Therapy, supported by complementary work in massage and Reiki.
Graduating at the top of his class from Lakeside School of Massage Therapy, Michael has extensive experience working with sports-related injuries, physical traumas, and long -standing postural issues. His approach blends precision with care, offering clients not just relief, but tools and practices for long term wellness.
In addition to client work, Michael also teaches Reiki workshops, helping others explore mindfulness, self care, and personal growth. His goal is to empower people to move more freely, feel more balanced, and cultivate resilience in body, mind, and spirit.
